The One-Bedroom Apartment was a good size and really comfortable for our family of four. It was well laid out, which made it nice to move around. We had a great balcony that offered some fresh air when needed. The heating system worked well, keeping us cozy during those cold nights. Everything was clean and functional, making our stay pretty sweet! Just a few maintenance bits here and there could've helped, but overall, it was nice for the price we paid.

We had a fabulous stay with kids, enjoying the wonderful breakfast buffet and dipping into the large pool after hitting the slopes. The complimentary ski shuttle made it super easy to get to both Chepelare and Momchilovtsi ski resorts, which kept the whole family happy.
For dads, it would be great if the heating worked better.

Had a blast with friends! We loved the complimentary ski shuttle, which whisked us away to the nearby slopes in no time. The warm fireplace in the lounge was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Plus, cable programming kept our evenings entertained. Definitely recommend checking out Chepelare and Smolyan Ski Resorts!
Unfortunately, the heating in our room didn't work properly, leaving us a bit chilly at times, which affected our comfort.

great stay with tasty meals
The location of the hotel is fantastic with easy access to local attractions. The food served in the restaurant was varied and truly delicious, a highlight of my stay. The warm pool provided a lovely way to unwind after a day of skiing, and the sauna was a real bonus.
